Permit #26-470: HWY 12 Fiber Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Highway 12. The project, proposed by MNDOT, involves the installation of conduit for fiber optic cables, dynamic message signs, and Non-Intrusive Detection signs.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
