Permit 25-294: Seven Points Apartments

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3045 Hennepin Ave in Minneapolis. The project, proposed by NP Uptown LLC, involves the redevelopment of an existing building into a multifamily building.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
