Permit #25-345: Minneapolis Ave Sediment Removal

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5061 Minneapolis Ave, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by Brett Demchuck, involves the removal of the fallen soils from a recent landslide.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Dredging Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
