Permit #25-482: Minneapolis Avenue Outfall Maintenance

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project off Minneapolis Avenue. The project, proposed by the City of Minnetrista, involves the maintenance of two outfall areas that drain to Jennings Bay.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
