Permit #25-583: Orono Interceptor 7113 Improvements

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project from Lift Station L59 to the 7113A junction structure at the intersection of Orono Orchard Road and Shoreline Drive (CSAH 15) in Orono. The project, proposed by the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES), involves the installation of a redundant sanitary forcemain and associated structures, stormwater culvert improvements, clearing and grubbing of selected areas, and pavement and site restoration work.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
