Permit #26-027: Minnehaha Creek Bike Skills Park

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3201 and 3301 47th St E in Minneapolis. The project, proposed by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, involves the construction of a bike skills park and associated stormwater infrastructure.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
