Permit #26-070: Bug Island Improvement Project

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 19450 Park Ave in Deephaven. The project, proposed by the Minnetonka Yacht Club, involves the construction of a clubhouse, porch, fire pit, and flagpole, and alterations to the existing boat launch area on the island.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
