Permit #26-096: 38th St E and Chicago Ave Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 38th St E and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis. The project, proposed by the City of Minneapolis, will reconstruct about 0.5 miles of Chicago Avenue and 38th Street.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals, and are responsible for other areas of project compliance.
