Permit #26-109: Cottagewood Road & Minnetonka Blvd Natural Gas Pipeline Replacement

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at Cottagewood Road & Minnetonka Blvd in Deephaven. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves the improvement of natural gas service in the area by replacing existing natural gas pipelines via the open trench method.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
