Permit #26-181: Fiber Optic Installation, Minnetonka

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project in Minnetonka. The project, proposed by Intrepid Fiber Networks, involves the installation of a fiber optic network between Minnetonka Boulevard and the BNSF Railway.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
