Permit #26-259: 4070 Enchanted Lane Grading and Sand Blanket

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4070 Enchanted Lane in Minnetrista. The project, proposed by All Trades LLC, involves the re-grading of the yard and the installation of a sand blanket.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization, and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
