Permit #26-283: 835 Hunt Farm Road, Transformer Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 835 Hunt Farm Road, Orono. The project, proposed by Alucard Manor LLC, involves the installation of a transformer along the south side of their property, which will require the directional boring of a single-phase primary cable under a creek.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
