The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 1871 Shorewood Lane, Mound. The project, proposed by J J Velander & K A Velander, involves the removal of an existing structure and the construction of a new home, with a portion of the work occurring within the site’s floodplain.
