The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project within City Right-of-Way, east of 3738 Hickory Road in the City of Chanhassen. The project, proposed by the City of Chanhassen, involves installing new stormwater management practices, including a drainage swale and sediment forebay.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers MCWD’s Floodplain Alteration rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
