Permit #26-343: 2165 North Shore Drive, Home Demolition and Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2165 North Shore Drive in Orono. The project, proposed by Gregg and Denise Steinhafel, involves the demolition of an existing home and the construction of a new home.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
