Permit #26-362: 2213 Oakland Road, Two-lot Subdivision

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2213 Oakland Road in Minnetonka. The project, proposed by Eric Zehnder, involves the subdivision of the existing residential lot to create two single-family residential lots. The existing home will be demolished and replaced by two new homes. A wetland buffer will also be established as a part of the project.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Wetland Protection Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
