Permit #25-451: CSAH 51 Road Reconstruction
The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project on CSAH 51 (Sunset Drive) from the intersection of CSAH 15 (Shoreline Drive) to CSAH 19 (Shadywood Road) in the City of Spring Park. The project, proposed by Hennepin County, involves road reconstruction, storm sewer addition, and the construction of a new sidewalk.
MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Stormwater Management, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
