Permit #25-100: Woodhill Country Club

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 200 Woodhill Road in the cities of Orono and Wayzata. The project, proposed by Woodhill Country Club, involves grading, cart path replacement, and the replacement of aging storm sewer infrastructure.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules in each city. This project triggers MCWD’s Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules in the City of Orono and the Floodplain Alteration and Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules in the City of Wayzata. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
